In keeping with the car-free image of our health resort we have installed underground car parking spaces exclusively for you (veteran and vintage cars more than 50 years old park free):

Our hotel is also open to you at Easter, Advent, Christmas and New Year. We decorate our hotel in a highly festive and affectionate way to enable you to enjoy these days in a very special way.

Bookings relating to a flat-rate cure or full-board stay cannot be settled by credit card. We accept crossed and uncrossed cheques, as well as EC card with no limit.

We trust that you understand we cannot permit pets in the hotel for reasons of hygiene.

We would like to draw your attention to the following:

When planning your arrival please note that your room will be available for you to occupy from 15.00 hours.

You are asked to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day you depart.

We trust you will appreciate that unfortunately we cannot always guarantee specific room numbers or floors, and with a stay of fewer than 5 days specific categories as well.

With a cancellation or shortening of your room reservation at short notice we shall of course try to let the room to another guest/other guests. If we are unable to do so we shall charge 70% of the gourmet half-board price.

To avoid this situation, which is unpleasant for both parties, we recommend that you take out the insurance for cancelled trips that is enclosed with each booking.

For room bookings that are confirmed and then cancelled we charge a processing fee of € 50.00 in each case.

How to reach us by car

If you are travelling from Munich
On the motorway (A96 Munich-Lindau) take the Bad Wörishofen exit and after 2 km you arrive at a roundabout, where you turn right (Bad Wörishofen – Gewerbegebiet).
Take the underpass and follow the road until the next roundabout (opposite Mercedes Waibl).
Then take the second exit off the roundabout (heading for Therme) and drive straight ahead over the small bridge. After the bridge keep left.
Drive over the meadows heading for the village, and in the village keep on this road (Gärtnerweg) until you can only drive left or right (Kathreinerstraße).
Turn right and straight away at the next junction turn right past "Obstinsel"; now after about 60m you have a small uphill incline - Eichwaldstraße – which you follow for about 150m and then you will see our hotel on the right-hand side.

If you are travelling from Ulm
At the Memmingen motorway junction (coming from the A7) take the turning heading for München [Munich].
Take the A96 motorway as far as the Mindelheim exit (Bad Wörishofen is NOT signposted here) and follow the traffic signs via Mindelau and Dorschhausen to Bad Wörishofen.
At the entrance to the village (Mindelheimer Straße) you will see the Spa Park on the right. At the right-hand bend by the Spa Park there is a zebra crossing, after it and before the bus-stop turn left twice into Adolf-Scholz-Allee.
At the end of this road (leading into Eichwaldstraße) you will see the Fontenay on the opposite side.

The hotel is in yellow/white; to make your arrival as easy as possible please drive up to just outside the covered entrance area.
